Returns
Custom Orders - We will do everything we can to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your Nasir Suits custom clothing. Unfortunately, due to the customization and cut-to-order process, we do not accept refunds or exchanges on these items. But we can offer credit for alterations or anything to help make your order to your liking for up to $75 in store credit. Just provide proof of alterations and we will provide store credit.
We are also not responsible for incorrect measurements submitted. Please ensure your measurements are correct. We recommend all first time customers order 1 custom product to ensure the garment, fitting and measurements are made to your desire.

Alteration credits are available when receiving your custom made product. We offer up to $75 in alterations in store credit per custom suit, $50 per jacket, vest or pant, and $25 for shirts.
Go to a local tailor to make necessary adjustments and have them note the changes that are made, so we can note the changes in your profile. Remember to keep your receipt as you'll need a photo or a scan of it to qualify for the alterations credit. Once you have your receipt ready, please send us an email at refund@nasirsuits.com with Subject: Alteration Credit and order number, proof of alteration and your claim in the body. We will then send you a custom credit promo code/gift card and adjust your measurement profile so that we can perfect your fit on future orders.
Accessories – you can exchange or return your product within 15 days, as long as the product is not damaged, worn or have been altered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returns are accepted within fifteen (15) days of the product being delivered. Items are inspected upon receipt before a refund is issued.
To initiate this process please email refund@nasirsuits.com with Subject: Return and order number and your claim in the body.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at refund@nasirsuits.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at refund@nasirsuits.com.
Shipping
Most orders will take 4-5 weeks to be delivered, once ordered. Unless specified as a rush order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee we receive the returned product.
