Are Your Suits Really Custom Or Just Semi-Custom?
At Nasir Suits we only offer real custom garments. All of our clothing is hand-crafted in the time honored custom tradition. Every client creates an extensive measurement profile which starts with the most precise measurements including posture, shoulder slope and body frame. These measurements are then delivered to our workshop and within 48 hours a pattern is created to your specific physical characteristics. No two patterns are alike. Our garments are 100% custom made. We do not take ready made or off the rack clothing and adjust the measurements, but we actually make from scratch.
Can't find what your looking for or want a special order?
If you have a fabric you have seen but can't find in our selection, please feel free to send us a picture and we will try our level best to try and find the fabric or something similar.
We can also make special orders from images or words for the suit, lining, pocket squares or ties. All we require is a clear image to make the order with.

How can I take proper measurements?
In order to take proper measurements, please visit our measurements page above where we provide videos and instructions how to easily measure yourself. Still not sure, you can visit your local tailor with our order form and they will gladly measure you.

Can I Design The Suits Myself?
Of course, we have tons of fabric swatches for you to choose from. You make your order however you want and as unique as you want. Every single detail on the suit is chosen by you!
How Long Does It Take To Get My Custom Suit Or Custom Shirt?
Our typical suit takes about 4-5 weeks from the time we receive your order until the time we deliver it. In certain cases, we can rush order upon request. However, over two decades of tailoring has taught us that you truly can't rush a good thing. Orders are normally processed same day if order has been placed during normal business hours. However, by policy we take up to 24 hours to process a web order. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following business day.
Are My Measurements Saved on Site?
Currently measurements are not saved in your profile, but they are saved in our database. You can save them yourself or just send us an email at info@nasirsuits.com and we can provide you with your previous measurements.
Can I Get A Refund?
Due to the clothing being custom made to your specifics, no refunds can be granted. But we will try our absolute best help make changes or alterations until you are satisfied by providing alteration credit up to $75. Refer to the alterations below or the refund policy.
Our accessories, however, are refundable.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships.
I Have A Suit That Fits Me Perfectly. Can You Copy The Fit?
Absolutely. You can take several key measurements directly off the garment to ensure the right fit. If you want, we can borrow the garment to send to our factory for further precise measurements. Your garment will take a few extra days to deliver but for the perfect fit it’s worth the wait.
What If I Want Alterations?
We would love to help make any of your clothing fit better and make you comfortable. Depending on the type of alteration, it may be at additional cost. If you gain or lose a few pounds we will credit alterations to the garment. The suit will still retain its custom appearance because the most important part of a custom garment is the posture and shoulder measurements. You do not gain or lose weight in those areas. We offer this service for up to one year, one time.
Go to a local tailor to make necessary adjustments and have them note the changes that are made, so we can note the changes in your profile. Remember to keep your receipt as you'll need a photo or a scan of it to qualify for the alterations credit. Once you have your receipt ready, please send us an email at refund@nasirsuits.com with Subject: Alteration Credit and order number, proof of alteration and your claim in the body. We will then send you a custom credit promo code/gift card and adjust your measurement profile so that we can perfect your fit on future orders.

Do I Have To Take Off All My Clothes To Get Measured?
Absolutely not. Except for bulky shirts or trousers, no clothing needs to be removed. Trouser pocket do need to be emptied out.
