Q:Are Your Suits Really Custom or Just Semi-Custom?

At Nasir Suits we only offer real custom garments. All of our clothing is hand-crafted in the time honored custom tradition. Every client receives an extensive measurement profile which starts with the most precise measurements including posture, shoulder slope and body frame. These measurements are then delivered to our workshop and within 48 hours a pattern is created to your specific physical characteristics. No two patterns are alike. Our garments are 100% custom made. We do not take ready made or off the rack clothing and adjust the measurements, but we actually make from scratch.

Q:Can I Design The Suits Myself?

Of course, the stylist will bring tons of fabric swatches for you to choose from. Every single detail on the suit is chosen by you!

Q:How Long Does It Take To Get My Custom Suit or Custom Shirt?

Your custom order will averagely arrive in 4 weeks from the time of your initial order or possibly sooner. A rush service is also available at additional cost if order is needed sooner.

Q:Do I Have To Take Off All My Clothes To Get Measured?

Absolutely not. Except for bulky shirts or trousers, no clothing needs to be removed.

Q:If I Buy My Own Fabric Can You Make The Suit Or Shirt For Me?

Yes. We do this as well. The process is the same as if you had selected the fabric from our own offering, except the suit or shirt take additional time to deliver to make sure everything is done correctly.

Q:I Have A Suit That Fits Me Perfectly. Can You Copy The Fit?

Absolutely. We will take several key measurements directly off the garment to ensure the right fit. We may also ask to borrow the garment to send to our factory for further precise measurements. Your garment will take a few extra days to deliver but for the perfect fit it’s worth the wait.

Q:What If I Want Alterations?

We would love to help make any of your clothing fit better and make you comfortable. Depending on the type of alteration, it may be at additional cost. If you gain or lose a few pounds we will alter the garment at minimal to no charge. The suit will still retain its custom appearance because the most important part of a custom garment is the posture and shoulder measurements. You do not gain or lose weight in those areas.

Q:How Can I Get Started?

Just go to our website and use the scheduler to make an appointment at your earliest convenient and we will send someone to the place of your choosing. Or use the contact us page and we will answer any questions you have as soon as possible.

Return Policy

Nasir Suits does not offer any refunds because we offer our customers 100% custom clothing, not made to measure, not off the rack, not made to fit.

Nasir Suits reserves the right to deny remake requests in circumstances where alterations can be completed locally. Items cannot be remade based on “preferred” customization changes. Individuals are responsible for return shipping costs of remade items.

Due to limited fabric supply, some items may be unavailable to be remade and you may be asked to choose an alternative fabric for your remake order of equal or lesser value.

To be considered eligible for a return, a return must be initiated within 30 days of an order delivery.

Nasir Suits will only accept returned items that are in good and unworn condition.

Nasir Suits has the right to deny the issuance of a refund to an item that’s believed to be previously worn or damaged.

Nasir Suits will not accept items that have been altered or adjusted in anyway by a third-party tailor/seamstress.

Any items returned to Nasir Suits that do not meet the aforementioned requirements will be denied without refund.

If your items were purchased with a Coupon or Gift Certificate, the Coupon/Gift Certificate will be refunded/reimbursed before any other payment source.

You must return all items purchased as part of a promotion to receive a full refund. Kept items will be charged a full market value.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Nasir Suits does offer shipping if required but customers are responsible for any shipping charges if they wish to have their garments shipped.

PAYMENT SAFETY

Nasir Suits takes many active steps to ensure the absolute safety of your credit card and personal information. We process all credit cards via a fully secured and reputable third party payment processor and do NOT keep full credit card information on record.
